Initially main focus was hydrogel based drug delivery systems and implant coating for release of antibiotics. After that started different interdisciplinary researches in the areas like development of different biomaterials, molecular docking, bioremediation using consortium of microorganism, isolation and identification of different components from natural resources and finding their effects. Synthesis of nano-material for wound healing purpose is another major area of research. Beside these other interesting areas are fabrication of Scaffold using natural resources, evaluating its application and evaluating the anticancer, anti-inflammatory property of different materials from natural resources; Iontophoresis/Sonophoresis aided drug (Insulin) delivery system.
