Received special appreciation from Editors-in-Chief of the famous international research Journal (Journal of Material Processing Technology) for high quality review. | 2.Undertaken collaborative industrial work, which involves very high precision narrow slit generation perpendicular to the axis of a hollow stainless steel pipe by wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM). | 3.One research publication in the Journal of Material Processing Technology was considered as major R & D breakthrough by Technical Insights (TI) Division of Frost & Sullivan (New York), a leading world-class market consultant. | 4.Member of Administrative Committee and Advisory Committee of UGC, Centre of Advanced Studies (CAS) Program of the Department of Production Engineering. | 5.Member of Swami Vivekanada Centre for Technical Manpower Development (SVCTMD) and also acted as Course Director and resource person in courses organized by SVCTMD. | 6.Acted as an external Technical Expert for technical recommendation for the purchase of Software to be used in 5-Axis CNC Universal Milling Machine, at Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute (CMERI), Durgapur. | 7.Member of committee for overall supervision of Central Computer Aided Analysis and design (CAAD) Laboratory of the University | 8.Nominated by the University to function as Liaison Officer for 5th Joint Review Mission of the World Bank and the Govt of India in connection with Technical Education Quality Improvement Program (TEQIP) held on 5th & 6th June 2006. |
